Walkways, Steps and Driveways

Walkways and steps are often the connection between spaces within the landscape. It is crucial that these landscape components reflect a consistency in materials used, as well as be aesthetic and functional.

• Walkways should be approximately four feet wide
• Steps can range from four to six feet

Driveways are an opportunity to make an elegant first impression. With gentle curves, stone borders and front walkways that flow through the top portion of the drive, the driveway can be an integral part of the landscape design.
